Why It’s Important

The exercise isolates very well your gluteus muscles — the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. Because of that is very powerful in building backside volume and size. When done right, it will:

Bl Roller Compact2. SPLIT SQUAT EXERCISE

 

A powerful exercise. This exercise increases the size of your backside. It works several muscles of the lower body, including the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and even the core muscles to some degree. The Bl-Roller is very effective because it supports the body backwards at every point, unlike the normal lunge or squat. It also allows you to perform high repetitions with greater leg extension. If you do it right, it will:
