Lateral lunge is great exercises because it works the sides of the glutes (the gluteus medius). Side lunges slide also work multiple muscle groups throughout your lower body, including your quadriceps, abductors, glutes, adductors, and hamstrings. Lateral lunges develop balance, stability, and strength. When done right, it will:
