This pilates roller is so great that I can’t stop using it. So far I feel like it has transformed my body into a much better looking body. My backside is firmer. It looks much better in jeans, I think. Now I’ve also started doing a lot of abdominal exercises and it’s so easy to work out compared to regular ab rollers that you hold in your hands but not in your feet like this one.

Every morning I do three types of exercises at home. It fits right under the bed. I love it. I feel like my backside has gotten stronger and bigger after a few weeks of using it. Anyway, I’m pretty happy with it right now. If you had more videos they would be very helpful. Especially for better internal spacing between the legs or relatively.
